ANC 3F RESOLUTION NOT OBJECTING TO
RENEWAL OF CLASS “A” LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR TENLEY WINE & LIQUORS, LICENSE NO. 23137

WHEREAS:  Tenleytown Business Corporation, T/A Tenley Wine & Liquors, located at 4525 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., has applied to renew its Retail Class “A” liquor license, License No. 23137 with hours of sales Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 10 pm; and

WHEREAS:  ANC 3F has received many positive comments from the community about the operation of Tenley Wine & Liquors and no negative reports,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  ANC 3F does not object to renewal of the Retail Class “A” liquor license for Tenley Wine & Liquors.

Approved by a vote of 7-0-0 at a duly noticed public meeting of ANC 3F on May 15, 2006, with a quorum present (a quorum being 4).
