ANC 3F RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ANC’ S BANK ACCOUNTS FOR 2006

Washington, D.C. 20008-2322

WHEREAS: ANC 3F maintains a checking and a savings account at the Bank of America; and

WHEREAS: ANC 3F duly elected new officers for 2006 at its public meeting on January 9, 2006, with a quorum present,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: ANC 3F continue to maintain its bank accounts

 at the Bank of America; 4201 Connecticut Avenue, NW Branch and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: ANC 3F authorize its Secretary to execute certificates authorizing the continued use of these accounts for ANC funds and designating the 2006 Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of ANC 3F as signatories on both ANC’s accounts.

Approved by a vote of 7-0-0 at a duly noticed public meeting of ANC 3F on January 9, 2006, with a quorum present.
