ANC 3F RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ANC’ S BANK ACCOUNTS

WHEREAS: ANC 3F has maintained a checking and a savings account at the Bank of America; and

WHEREAS: ANC 3F duly elected new officers for 2005 at its public meeting on January 10, 2005, with a quorum present,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: ANC 3F authorize its Secretary to execute certificates authorizing the continued use of these accounts for ANC funds and designating the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of ANC 3F as signatories on the ANC’s accounts.

Approved by a vote of 7-0-0 at a duly noticed public meeting of ANC 3F on January 10, 2005, with a quorum present.
