ANC 3F RESOLUTION REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
 TO THE ANC SAVINGS ACCOUNT

WHEREAS:  ANC 3F maintains a checking account at the Bank of America with more
 funds than the Commission needs to fund its  present or projected FY 2004 budget; and

WHEREAS:  The ANC maintains a savings account to hold funds in excess of its current
 day-to-day needs.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  ANC 3F authorize the Treasurer to move
 immediately $10,000 from the ANC’s checking account to its savings account.

 with a quorum present.
