WHEREAS:  ANC 3F maintains a checking account at the Bank of America with significantly more funds than the Commission needs for current day-to-day operations; and

WHEREAS:  ANC’s have the legal authority to maintain a savings account for their funds.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  ANC 3F authorize the creation of a savings account at the Bank of America into which the Treasurer shall move $25,000 from the existing checking account.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:  ANC 3F authorize its Secretary to execute a
certificate authorizing the creation of a savings account for ANC funds and designating the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of ANC 3F as signatories on the ANC’s saving account.
