WHEREAS:  Tenleytown Business Corporation, T/A Tenley Wine & Liquors, located at 4525 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., has applied to renew its Retail Class “A” liquor license, Application No. 30587; and

WHEREAS:  Tenley Wine & Liquors, formerly within the boundary of ANC 3E, is now in ANC 3F06 after redistricting of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, which took effect in January 2003; and

WHEREAS:  ANC 3F has received many positive comments from the community about the operation of Tenley Wine & Liquors and no negative reports,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  ANC 3F does not object to renewal of the Retail Class “A” liquor license for Tenley Wine & Liquors.
 
 

Approved by a vote of 7-0-0 at a duly noticed public meeting on May 19, 2003, with a quorum present.
