WHEREAS, ANC 3F has operated under a budget for fiscal year 2002 (October 1, 2001 - September 30, 2002) approved by the Commission; and

WHEREAS, the ANC has an obligation to submit an approved budget for fiscal year 2003 (October 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002) within thirty (30) days of receiving notification of its fiscal year allotment from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer; and

WHEREAS, the ANC has not yet received the notification of allotment; and

WHEREAS, the ANC has available funds to continue its operations entering into fiscal year 2003 (October 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002);

NOW, THEREFORE, ANC 3F RESOLVES that the ANC approves continuing expenditures for fiscal year 2003 at the levels authorized in the fiscal year 2002 annual budget as amended until it receives the notification of allotment and approves a budget for fiscal year 2003 (October 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002).
 
 

Adopted September 17, 2002, at a duly noticed public meeting with a quorum present by a vote of 7-0-0.
