ANC3F RESOLUTION OF NO OBJECTION TO THE
 HILLWOOD MUSEUM APPLICATION FOR A RENEWED CR LIQUOR LICENSE,

WHEREAS:  The Hillwood Museum has applied to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration for a Class CR liquor license.

WHEREAS: The Hillwood Museum has advised ANC 3F of its readiness to enter into the attached Voluntary Agreement.

THEREFORE:  Be it resolved that ANC 3F has no objection to the subject application, subject to condition of the Voluntary Agreement between the Hillwood Museum and the ANC.

 Voluntary Agreement

The Hillwood Museum and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F have entered into a voluntary agreement pursuant to the Hillwood Museum’s application for a class CR alcoholic beverage license.  The parties hearby agree that alcoholic beverage service on Sunday will be provided during the established business hours of 12 Noon to 5 p.m. and that alcoholic beverage service in the evening will be provided during the established hours of 5 to 10 p.m.
