ANC3F RESOLUTION OF NO OBJECTION TO THE
 SODEXHO@INTELSAT APPLICATION FOR A NEW LIQUOR LICENSE,
 Appl. No. 50179 to the ABRA

WHEREAS: Sodexho Management, Inc., T/A Sodexho@ Intelsat has applied to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration for a new Class CR liquor license; and

WHEREAS, Intelsat has advised ANC 3F of Sodexho's readiness to enter into the attached Voluntary Agreement.

THEREFORE:  Be it resolved that ANC 3F has no objection to the subject application, subject to condition of the Voluntary Agreement between Sodexho@Intelsat and the ANC.
