WHEREAS, the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) has given notice (by mail to this ANC 3F and by notice in the D.C. Register and by having Applicant post the ABRA's placard at the premises facing pedestrians) that, in Application #5398, Joe & M Inc. (doing business as Clover Market) seeks reissuance of a Retailer's/Wholesale, Class B, 01 license for premises at 5014 Connecticut Avenue, N.W.; and

WHEREAS, Petitions or Letters of Opposition or Support must be submitted to the ABRA no later than January 15, 2002; and

WHEREAS, the request for reissuance will come up at a Roll Call hearing before the ABRA on January 30, 2002, at 10:30 am at 941 North Capitol Street, N.E., Room 7100; and

WHEREAS, Clover Market is a long-standing establishment of the community; and

WHEREAS, Clover Market's operation has had no known complaints;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ANC 3F does not object to reissuance of the existing license for Clover Market.
