WHEREAS, ANC3F accepts a printer provided by the Office of the Chief Technology Officer at the request of Councilmember David A. Catania, Committee on Local Regional Affairs, and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Elizabeth Norton, Office Administrator, will be responsible for the printer, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: the printer will be in a secure location at ANC3F’s office, Room C08 Building 39, UDC, 4200 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: the printer will be used solely for the purpose of ANC3F business, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: the printer will be available to all members of ANC3F, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: that in the event responsibility for the printer needs to be reassigned, ANC3F must develop a revised resolution reassigning printer responsibilities.
