WHEREAS, ANC3F adopted a supplemental resolution on March 13, 2000 designating Karen Ruffin, Office Coordinator, to be responsible for a DC government computer supplied to ANC3F, and

WHEREAS, Karen Ruffin has resigned as Office Coordinator, and

WHEREAS, Elizabeth Norton has been retained as ANC3F Office Administrator;

NOW THEREFORE, ANC3F designates Elizabeth Norton to be responsible for the computer.
