2.: Frivolous ticketing

They're back! Our neighbor just received a ticket for "failure to secure DEC tags." The car is a rental he's using temporarily because his was in an accident, it's parked legally in front of his house, and the ticket was issued at 1:35am. I no longer have the information COMMUNIT-E subscribers were kind enough to furnish when absurd tickets were being handed out in our neighborhood a few weeks ago; can someone tell us where he should go to protest this treatment?

I would appreciate recommendations and comments from the community on
termite control companies. The problem is an active termite
