3.: Noise in Attic!

Sometime last year there were items on COMMUNIT-E about noise in attic/under
attic floor/in house rafters.
Does anyone recall these entries? Perhaps suggesting which "Digest" to look
for. Further, does anyone have suggestions who might be contacted for
