Please look under the "meeting minutes" tab to find:

The power point presentations of the three proposals can be found on
the ANC 3E website (anc3e.org), along with the ANC 3E Special
Committee report on the proposals and a table comparing data from
the three proposals.

We've used I&J Services, 301 933-2598. They are also excellent for
roof gutter cleaning - reliable service and reasonable prices.

Subject: Baby hamsters for adoption!

Please crosspost if you can:

I am fostering a large family of hamsters for the
Montgomery County Humane Society, and the babies will
be ready for adoption in about two weeks. If you or
someone you know has been thinking about buying a
hamster, why not adopt one of these hand-tamed babies,
and save a life.

Adoption information can be found at
http://www.mchumane.org/fosteradoptionpoliciesandfees.shtml

The hamsters are with me in Woodside Park, off Dale
Drive, in Silver Spring. If you're interested, please
email me at robin.siegel@yahoo.com and we'll schedule
a visit. Cages and equipment can be had for a small
donation to MCHS.

Kitten season

As everyone knows we are heading into kitten season which is an awful
time of year for adult cats. It means literally thousands will be
euthanized as people overlook them again and again for those cute
little kittens. Last night we picked up a mom cat needing emergency
surgery and 3 healthy kittens from SE DC. Saturday we received 3
beautiful adults from Southern MD in exchange for a wonderful small
rescue taking a special needs FIV + kitty from us.
I am pleading for foster homes. Even if you can't adopt can you open
up your home to a cat or two until we can place it in a loving home?
One of the best things about Homeward Trails is we never leave the
mama behind to be killed while rescuing the babies.
If you are really set on a kitten why not adopt one kitten WITH the
mom. Most of these moms are under a year themselves.
Come meet Babette, Salem, Houdini and Van, Toby and Spark, Mandy,
Digit and Frisky, last nights mama and her 3 babies, Silk and Lilly
older kitten pair and see if any of them fit into your home
permanently or temporarily.
If you are willing to foster for even a month we will get you set up,
pay the vet bills and offer the support you need.
