Tankless water heater -- disaster story

We had a friend that also wanted one of those "Tankless" water heaters - - basically if was the same disaster. Although, I don't believe they ended up in Small Claims Court, but after so much trouble, they had it ripped out and replaced.

What I find amazing is, you can find them all over Europe and they work perfect with almost no trouble. Is there something wrong with this picture.

I hadn't answered yet, but New Morning Farm, (814) 448-3904,
Jim@newmorningfarm.net, is a great source for an honest load of firewood.
They are regulars in the community and have had a farm stand at Lafayette
School for many years.

You bring up a good point, but I never had to think about it. When I
took it back to the
Home Depot Store in NE they just took it and recredited my VISA card.
No questions
asked.
