Some really cute dogs in the 35lb range will be there, as well as
puppies, and a host of others.

Also trying to find a special home for a bonded pair who's mom has gone
into assisted living. They are an English water Spaniel and his Collie
mix brother. Biff and Pierot are beatiful loving boys who so need to be
kept together.

Issue -   911 vs. 311

In the interest of not clogging the 911
lines with nonemergency issues, I suggest
everyone continue to use 311 for nonemergency
police and fire and just use 911 in emergencies.

My fear is that the recently initiated changes
will have emergency callers waiting longer to reach
an operator.
