I have a Sanmmick Piano for sale. Looks new.

.Cherry wood - low back so very compact. Upholstered bench.

Hunidity system so if lack of room and needs to be put by radiator OK.

Very little use.

Originally 3,500. looking 1,000 for a good home. Loved and cared for
however children have grown and moved onto other pursuits- unfortunately !!

I second the recommendation of Alan Beal. We had him do a pre-offer
inspection on our house (built in the 1880s) last spring. He is very
thorough and knowledgeable. My real estate agent says he has killed a
few deals for him because he is so good. He will point things out to
you at the time of the inspection and then send you a written report
by email.
