I have a fully furnished two-bedroom cottage-style house in Silver Spring, and am seeking a housemate. The bedroom is on the first floor, is furnished (can be unfurnished), 11 x 13, has hardwood floors and there's a bathroom right next to it. My home is tranquil, roomy and sunny; there's a front and back yard, back deck, fireplace, on-street parking, walkable (15 minutes) to Silver Spring metro or buses two blocks away. I'm on an adorable, quiet street not far from the train tracks (which you hear only when you first move here) with likable neighbors. Rent is $1050/month not including utilities, which are reasonable. Available Oct. 1. Non-smoking, professionals only, please.
