ANC3F RESOLUTION NOT OBJECTING TO A SPECIAL EXEMPTION FOR CONTINUED
USE OF PROPERTY AS AN ACCESSORY PARKING LOT

WHEREAS: an application has been made to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a special exemption for continued use of property as an accessory parking lot in the rear of 4418-4420 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Lot 825, Square 1971, which is zoned R-1-B, and
WHEREAS: the existing parking lot consists of 19 parking spaces in two angled rows with one trash dumpster between them, at the rear of the parking lot.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: ANC3F does not object to the
granting of the special exemption for continued use of the property behind
4418-4420 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., as an accessory parking lot, upon condition
that the owner take action to ensure that all trash on the premises is
picked up and placed inside the dumpster and that the dumpster lid is kept
closed, as required by D.C. law.
