ANC 3F RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE SHERIDAN SCHOOL’S
REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION AND VARIANCES

BZA APPLICATION NO. 16977

WHEREAS, the Sheridan School (the School) has filed Application No. 16977 for special exception, and revised that Application on July 31, 2003, to include a request for variances on certain parking requirements; and

WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public meeting on September 15, 2003, ANC 3F heard a presentation from the School and comments from members of the community and considered the attached report.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT ANC 3F adopts the attached report recommending approval of Application No. 16977 and adoption by the BZA of the Proposed Conditions to the BZA Order, Sheridan Landscaping Plan, and Sheridan Construction Management Plan, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT ANC 3F authorizes Commissioner Carl Kessler, ANC 3F01, and Commissioner Cathy Wiss, ANC 3F06, to represent it before the Board of Zoning Adjustment on this application.
