ANC 3F RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ANC’S BANK ACCOUNT

WHEREAS:ANC 3F has maintained a checking account at the Bank of America; and

WHEREAS:ANC 3F duly elected new officers for 2003 at its public meeting on January 13, 2003, with a quorum present,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:ANC 3F continue to maintain its checking account at the Bank of America; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:ANC 3F authorize its Secretary to execute a

certificate authorizing the continued use of this account for ANC funds and designating the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of ANC 3F as signatories on the ANC’s account.

Approved by a vote of 7-0-0 at a duly noticed public meeting of ANC 3F on January 13, 2003, with a quorum present.
