WHEREAS, Alison Gray of 3633 Ellicott Street, NW, has filed an application for Special Exception for an accessory apartment (Case #16872) with the District of Columbia Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA), has supplied a copy of that application to each ANC commissioner and appeared at the ANC meeting with her architect, Reena Racki, to speak to and answer questions about the application; and

WHEREAS, the application was made under Title 11, Section 202.10 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ANC 3F does not object to the BZA issuing a special exception for an accessory apartment in this case.
