ANC3F RESOLUTION REGARDING CONTINUING EXPENDITURES

AT CURRENT LEVELS UNTIL RECEIVING NOTIFICATION 

OF ALLOTMENT AND APPROVING A FY 2002 BUDGET

WHEREAS: ANC 3F has operated under a budget for fiscal year 2001 (October 1, 2000 - September 30, 2001) approved by the Commission February 20, 2001, and amended May 18, 2001 and August 16, 2001; and

WHEREAS: the ANC has an obligation to submit an approved budget for fiscal year 2002 (October .1, 2001 - September 30, 2002) within thirty (30) days of receiving notification of its fiscal year allotment from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer; and

WHEREAS: the ANC has not yet received the notification of allotment; and

WHEREAS: the ANC has available funds in excess of $22,000 entering into fiscal year 2002 (October 1, 2001 - September 30, 2001);

NOW, THEREFORE, ANC 3F RESOLVES that the ANC approves continuing expenditures at the current levels authorized in the prior fiscal year's annual budget until it receives the notification of allotment and approves a budget for fiscal year 2002 (October 1, 2001 - September 30, 2002).
