ANC 3F accepts the computer provided by the Office of the Chief Technology Officer at the request of Councilmember David A. Catania, Chairman, Committee on Local and Regional Affairs.

It is further resolved that Karen Ruffin, Office Coordinator, will be responsible for the computer.

It is also resolved that the computer will be in a secure location at UDC, Bldg 39 - 4200 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Room C08 - ANC office.

It is further resolved that the computer will be used solely for the purpose of Advisory
Neighborhood Commission business and will be available to all members of the Commission.

It is further resolved that in the event responsibility for the computer needs to be reassigned, the Advisory Neighborhood Commission must develop a revised resolution reassigning computer responsibilities.

Approved at a duly-noticed regular monthly business meeting on March 13, 2000, with a quorum present, by a vote of 7-0-0.
