At its regular, duly-noticed, monthly business meeting, a quorum (indeed, all seven commissioners) being present, ANC 3F

1) agreed in principle to holding a Joint Meeting with ANC 3E at a mutually agreeable date, time and place to consider all issues concerning the proposals of Albermarle Associates and Holladay Corporation (including Zoning Commission Case No. 00-73) in accordance with the provisions of the D.C. Code; and

2) requested Commissioner Phil Heinrich to work with the Chair of ANC 3E to organize such a Joint Meeting; and

3) authorized as many commissioners as may be able to attend to participate in such Joint Meeting.

Adopted February 14, 2000, by a vote of 7-0-0.
